Duties and responsibility: Reporting to well testing Area Manager. My responsibility includes but not limited to the followings:
• -Review bid document and fully participate with Schlumberger EPS team to prepare the technical and commercial offers for submitting to CTC/KOC.
• -Achievement of Projects award of the EPF’S (Early Production Facilities)(HOPF) to SCHLUMBERGER as lowest bidders.
• -Receiving LOI of project award and contract signed...
• -Conducting Kick of meeting and preparation of meeting topics of the followings tasks that has been streamlined to meet projects time line and contract obligations:
• -Prepare project management plan, Change Management plan, cost management plan, cost performance, staffing plan Mobilization and demobilization, Process improvement, Procurement plan and in particular the long lead items .QA/QC Plan, Risk Management plan, milestone schedule, PMT organization chart, functional organization chart
• -Prepare all related RFQ’s as per KOC standards specifications and international codes standards which include but not limited to::
• -Design Engineering calculation and detail engineering of civil, mechanical, process, piping, storage tanks, offsite tanks, piping, Electrical and instrumentation, communication Etc.
• -HSE studies (EIA, HAZOP, HAZID QRA, SIL, PHEZER), Causes and effect matrix, Area classification.
• -Topographical, geotechnical and environmental surveys,
• -Prepare all RFQ’S for the pre planned WBS (work breakdown structure packages) civil, mechanical, piping, storage tanks and off sides tanks, Structural steel, pre engineer buildings, conventional buildings, Electrical and Instrumentation, and communication-pre commissioning and commissioning.
• -Review subcontractor’s Technical and commercial offers and advise Procurement department for the shortlisted vendors that fully complied with terms and conditions of the exclusion and inclusion of the scope provided also manpower and equipment histogram/man-hour to meet project milestone schedule(Baseline schedule)

• Review each subcontractor submitall such as HSE plan, Quality plan, ITP Plan, Method statement, FAT, SAT tests, manpower and equipment loading chart /man-hours
• -Ensure that Project staffing plan meet the required date and time allocation
• -Ensure that all engineering design data sheet for equipment has been received by engineering department and close control and monitoring the owner of the flow mechanism approval cycle (technical data spec, vendors GA Drawing and compliance's technical reports as per client comments incorporation and re-submission for final AFC drawings)
•Overseen and approve the selection and coordination of subcontractor working on various phase of activities.
•Ensured that all deliverable s and engineering drawings has been reviewed and approved by client including approved calculation design, vendor GA drawings, MR, PR, pre- inspection meeting, ITP and FAT, SAT etc.
•Weekly and monthly report including project manpower and equipment histogram with S curve implementation.
•Preparation of the followings procedures to meet Customers and contract obligations such as Project management plan, Construction execution plan, Sub-contractor execution plan, Project control plan, document control, Procurement plan, Engineering plan, quality plan, Process engineering and project instruction plans, Critical assessment and rating of mechanical equipment, EFD’S MSD’S change plan procedures, Transportation and logistics plan, Plant lay out review 3 D modeling. Pre-commissioning and commissioning plan procedures, Close out project report procedures and handover Procedures.
