Supervised technicians and trainees on technical and scientific aspects - multiple projects on aged materials:
- Studying the aging of coatings applied on buried pipe used in nuclear field.
- Corrosion, water uptake, lifetime estimation, analysis (molecular and mechanical scales)
- Proposing coatings for a specific application according to specifications and budget
- Negotiations with manufacturers in terms of time and coasts
- Teaching in laboratory for steel tensile test (construction field)
- Resins synthesis for chemical modifications during exposure

- Define and update coating/insulation construction plans,
- Coordinate and instruct the construction contractor's work execution, ensuring compliance with applicable specifications.

- Solve cases of nonconformity.

Supervised technicians and trainees on technical and scientific aspects:
- Establish chemical mechanisms of aging, analysis with DSC, FTIR, ATG, UV, DMA, GPC, and HPLC/HRSM.
- Kinetic modeling and simulation of experimental results.
- Contributed in various Kaizan events to improve the processes and increase productivity by 22%.
- Finding aging tracer inside the coatings after thermal and radio exposure.
- International communications with EPRI, TEPCO and many conferences.
R&D engineer, Studying aging mechanism of polymers under thermal and radio exposure
- Formulation improvements for antifouling paints, marine coatings and aeronautics.
- QC of production and production planning.
- Colors reproduction with AFNOR, universel clolors and RAL standards.
