**Jobs Responsibilities
within Ramp Operations Department handling Major Foreign Airlines such as Swiss Airlines, British airways, Lufthansa Airlines, Kenya Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Turkish Airways, Austrian Airlines. Duties Including Responsibility and Securing All Catering Food and Equiptments in unit as well as on board flight as per the laid down standards and procedures. Preparing equipment as per flight schedule, meal uplift, sector, passenger load and aircraft type. Monitoring telexes and Daily Passenger Manifiest list for special meal request and amendments
Labelled Meal cabinets and trolleys as per galley loading plan and assembled them in the holding room.
Performed final check of the flight requirements at the Assembly Loading Bay
Coordinated with Kitchen Department the on-time delivery of items.
Hygiene And Maintenance
Ensure that only hygienically clean and serviceable equipment will be provided to other sections/departments and eventually to the customers.
Follow-up and secure that the staff adhere to the operating instructions and safety measure of equipment.
Ensure that the work area and storage area maintain the company's hygiene standard and be active to improve the standards.
