Fire Fighting Control Officer Role
Controls and monitors the fire alarm panels, detectors, manual call points, gas monitors, clean agent extinguishing
System, supervisory controls, monitoring and maintaining the fire communication system in a state of readiness.
Undertakes regular communication testing in the fire station.
Maintains a log of alarms, false alarms, faults and open/close status occurring during each shift and reports defects for repairs
Receives emergency calls regarding life, property, fires, and rescue operations from within the Plant and offsite.
Communicates and alerts all calls to the Fire Shift Supervisors, the Fire Section Head and related members of the Incident Management Team.
Receives emergency calls from the Emergency Crisis room (ECC) and responds according to established procedures.
Maintains communication with the fire teams during outside emergency calls.
Monitors and maintains the fire siren system in a state of readiness in coordination with maintenance personnel.
Checks that radio sets are in operating condition and initiates repairs as required.
Monitors and ensures the testing of fire pumps and fire water pressure, including the fire system pressure.
Ensures the availability of Control Room required tools and equipment.
Industrial Fire Fighter / Rope Rescuer Role
Participate in on-going classroom and practical training in fire prevention, emergency medical skills, firefighting techniques, principles and procedures, salvage and overhaul, rescue operations, hazardous materials, disaster response, and other related emergency skills.
Maintain minimum initial training requirements and attend 7 training sessions per month.
Respond to fire alarms, and other calls for assistance such as automobile and industrial accidents, as a member of a firefighting team, by monitoring a pager 24 hours a day, by direct response and/or by riding fire apparatus to the scene of the fire.
Assess fires and situations and report conditions to superiors to receive instructions using two-way radios.
Radio - CCTV Operator
Operate all the functions, to agreed levels, within it including CCTV, alarm and telephonic and radio systems, as well as the distribution of keys, recording details in the logbook as appropriate.

Record all incidents in the appropriate format and write concise and accurate incident reports as necessary.
Operate security-related and personal protective equipment following departmental procedures, ensuring the equipment is clean and stored correctly, reporting any faults to the supervisor.
Sending and receiving massages from and to all the post guard stations by call-signs and stay in contact with them all the time
Follow up and monitor the road security for Logistic trucks coming to site
Monitor and report any suspicious activities on Balhaf Terminal and the Pipeline.

Camp Administrator Assistance
Daily Assistance to Support Services Manager
Responsible for control of the entire manpower accommodated in the camp and maintain the complete details of the camp such as present beds occupancy, toilets, showers, kitchen/mess facilities available etc.
Ensure that cleaners and security men etc., are performing their duties properly.
Ensure that no employee transferred to any camp/site without the prior approval of the Personnel Dept. or concerned authority.
Ensure that all documents required by Personnel Department are completed and returned in time for employee under his jurisdiction.
Keep track of all the maintenance requests and ongoing tasks to be followed up and archived.
Maintain the telephone numbers for Fire, Police, Ambulance, Contracts Manager, to contact in case of emergency.
Ensure that employees maintain discipline at camp and ensure that workers do not consume or sell the ain the camp
