Detailed Task Assigned
• Liaise with and assist the Client (DoR) and regional officials as required.
• Assisting DoRA in reviewing Contractor’s performance bond, retention bond and Bank guarantee for advance payment and other guarantees.
• Ensure the fulfillments of the obligations and duties of the Engineers representatives as described under the works contract agreements.
• Participate in the design review process and prepare proposals for the client’s approval.
• Prepare modifications/amendments or design changes assisted by the other staff.
• Issue the contractor with all copies of contract documents and design reports.
• Planning and scheduling projects activities.
• Prepare and or review Quality Assurance Manual.
• Organized documentation and filling system on the project site
• Supervise site supervisory staff.
• Review, check, comment and approved Contractor’s work, schedule, method statement, equipment and manpower.
• Monitoring the progress of all activities of the project including budget and time.
• Assess variation and prepares variation orders. • Technical assistance in every activity.
• Report on the contractor’s financial and time extension claims.
• Team coordination, organize, assigning duties and checking the performance of the team.
• Check if reports, drawings and photographs and recorded.
• Inspect facilities of the supplier’s and contractor’s personnel as required by the Contract.
• Responsibility in arranging regular meetings between the Contractor, Clients and Supplier.
• Enforce works to comply with works contracts.
• Monitor environmental mitigations measures and follow up the implementation of alleviation program for STD including HIV/AIDS.
• In coordination with the site supervisory staff, provide on job training to Employers personal.
• Inspect the road and prepare defect list and arrange joint inspection among parties for provisional acceptance
• Issue substantial and final completion certificate to the contractor.
• Inspect the road, monitor conditions of the road during defect liability period and arrange final joint inspection among parties and prepare defect lists.

• Assistant Resident Engineer: Construction supervision of Chainpur-Khandbari Road of Sub-Regional Transport Enhancement Project(STEP);

• Assistant Resident Engineer: Construction supervision of Satbanjh-Tripurasundari-Jhulaghat and Satbanjh -Gokuleshwor road of Road Sector Developmenet Project phase I (RSDP-I)
• Quality Control cum Highway Engineer: Construction supervision of Satbanjh-Tripurasundari-Jhulaghat and Satbanjh -Gokuleshwor road of Road Sector Developmenet Project phase I (RSDP-I)
• Contract Manager cum Highway Engineer: Construction and widening of existing two lane to six lane divied carriage way.Lenght:10.15 km.Asphalt Concrete.Funded By JICA. Contract: FIDIC Condition of Contract.

• Highway Engineer: Design Construction Supervision of Hile-Basantapurand Basantapur -Mudhe-Khandbari Road of Road Network Development Project.(RNDP);

• Highway Design Engineer: ConstructionDesign and supervision consultancy services for seven major roads of Road Network Development Project(RNDP)
