• Arrange an Inspections; Monitoring the Required Tests and Record Inspections and Tests Made. Ensuring compliance of construction to Project Plans and Specifications and the attainment of Quality Level as work progresses.
• Co-ordinate with KCT Project and Construction Managers regarding work performance and vested with the authority to stop work in consultation with the QA/QC Manager in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected / unresolved, and shall only cancel the Stop Work Order or Non-Conformance Certificate upon satisfactory correction of noted discrepancies.
• Ensuring all Materials and Equipment incorporated and used in permanent construction are in Compliance with the Project Specifications and Requirements.
• Ensuring Consultant’s Approval and / or the required factory or supplier’s Compliance Certificates have been obtained upon delivery of available material to the Construction Site.
• Co-ordinate with Site Laboratory and/ or Independent Testing Agencies to ensure that all requisite tests, as per Project Specifications, are conducted and that reporting is properly done.
• Maintain all Quality Records and submit to the consultant as per the Required Frequency.
• Reviewing all sorts of Submittals (Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, ITPs, and Material Approval Requests) and ensuring its compliance to Project Plans and Specifications.
Structural Scope of Work: Experienced / Knowledgeable in Backfilling Works (Soil Compaction), Steel Reinforcement (Testing / Fixing / Installation), Concrete Works (Testing and Curing), Precast Concrete, Steel Structures for Skylights / Roof Lights, Canopies and Jewels (Erection and Testing), Fireproofing (SFRM and Intumescent Coating) - Application and Testing.
Architectural Scope of Work: Experienced / Knowledgeable in Architectural Screed, Block / Masonry Work, Plastering, Painting, Ceiling Works, Balustrades, Handrails, Fire Sealant Application (Door Sealant, Expansion Joints and Head of Wall Joints), Cladding Works (ACP and Stone), Tiling Works (Ceramic, Granite, Marble and Mosaic), Steel Doors (BOH, Public Areas, Wet Areas & Substations), Wooden Doors, Louvers, Resilient and Wooden Flooring, Curtain Walls, Jacuzzi, Fit Outs, Countertops and Vanity Works, Landscaping Works.
Duties and responsibilities:
•Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, details sheets and specifications for contractors.
•Continually find solutions to conflicts in structural/architectural/mechanical/electrical drawings specifications by conferring with the Consultants.
•Report accurate quantities for labor cost reports; accurately monitor material ledgers to determine if quantities remaining in the estimate are sufficient to complete the project in the field.
•As a member of the Project Site Team, your duties include being able to perform layout work completely, accurately and efficiently.
•Inspect false work for conformance to design drawings.
•Monitor installation of rebar for conformance to structural drawings.
•Continually update drawings with changes as issued by Consultants.
•Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and ensure information is communicated to Foreman and Superintendent.
•Identify contract document conflicts and recommend solutions.
•Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instruction.
Salary : U$ 700.00
Duties and responsibilities:
•Assist the Project Engineer;
•Supervises, monitors, inspect s and evaluates project implementation by the contractors;
•Prepare the equipment and materials submittal for approval prior to implementation of works;
•Supervise and handle manpower starting from site admin, foreman, lead men and laborer;
•Supervise and task the responsibilities for the safety of workers;
•Ensure the implementation base on plans, drawing specifications and standards;
•Prepare the accomplishment reports; and
•Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Project Manager.
To draw a plan and projectile the time frame;
•To prepare the estimate of the materials to be use in the project;
•To monitor and inspect the progress of the project; and
•To lay-out the PERT-CPM for the daily activities of workers
•Using AutoCAD
