To build 5 hospitals for the Saudi Arabian National Guard in 4 separate cities across the Kingdom. This 450, 000 square meter, 1400 bed project is underway on track, working closely with Jacobs as a team to ensure project success.

Riyadh Metro
September 2013-June 2014

The Riyadh metro is a proposed rapid transit system in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is planned as the backbone of the city’s public transport system. The Metro Project comprises six (6) Lines covering the Capital. Task was the design review for the mechanical systems that serve the above ground, elevated and underground stations serving the Metro and Rail lines. An extensive review with all other disciplines took place during to ensure an integrated design.

• Perform site inspection and carry out status report to the management.
• Ensure project quality objectives are attained within the assessed budget and time duration.
• Prepare and follow up schedules and program of works.
• Prepare detailed drawings, material submittals, RFI, RFC and relevant method statements.
• Supervise and finalize shop and as built drawings.
• Prepare BOQ, detailed quantity take-offs, progress payments, variation order, claims for extension of time & compensation for submission to general contractor and consultants.
