Provide required consultancy to higher management regarding human resources issues.

Manage the business requirements to ensure the right information is deliver on the right moment to avoid any delay in business process.
Analyze new business requirements and changes to the existing functionalities and design process configure, test, and implement changes, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP HCM Module (personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, E-Recruitment and ESS / MSS)
Responsible for supporting, managing and designing ERP HCM solutions based on the requirements.
Translate the functional requirements into technical design.
Taking care that proper training are given to the End users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately, and the business flow is complete and correct.
Support operative activities, coordination and performing application tests in close conjunction with the support team. Evaluating, testing, implementing and verifying change requests. First level support for ERP HCM application.
