1. Check-in: pro-active services to passengers, managing queues, identifying special needs (e.g. elderly and disabled ), seats assignment. issue boarding passes and bid farewell to all the passengers.
2. Boarding Gate: Initiate boarding our passengers at the gate, following boarding priorities, making announcements, monitoring hand baggage, ensuring flight coupons collected match with numbers of passengers on board in order to ensure the on-time
departure of the flight.
3. Unaccompanied and minors lounge: Assist UM through arrival flight to departure flight.Deal with different situation that happen to the UM. Make sure the UM get on the right flight on time.
