Organize and execute Data & Rate Management in compliance with the procedures guaranteeing the quality of service.
Gathering and checking all the shipping documents are accurate.
Handling all Import shipment from other countries going to Australia.
Optimize the operational execution and perform the transportation plan.
Manage communication and processing of documentation with supplier (Internal & External)
Monitoring all Import shipment for Australia branch and coordinate with the customer operation support function in case of deviation. Process and monitor import shipping documents.
Monitor and coordinates daily shipments.
Assigned for the application of e-AWB.
Responsible for keeping updated records of Airway bill copies and shipping documents.
Responsible in scanning and filling of Airway bill and documents of daily shipments.
Assist operations personnel for operational function needs.
Provide clerical support to operations by answering phone calls, relating messages, requisition of supplies, photocopying and others.
Assigned for Dangerous Goods shipments
Monitoring and coordinate accounts per program.
Assigned weekly reporting of collection update from different clients.
Monitoring updated master list from different clients.
Monitoring updated Virtual IDs for client availment program.
Responsible for maintaining and entering utilized airway bills for the production report that is submitted on a monthly basis to the accounting department for reconciliation.
Monitoring utilized airway bills for multiple clients.
Responsible for booking multiple shipments, encoding them on the system, and monitoring assigned clients.
Responsible for implementing e-AWB and maintaining accurate records of Airwaybill copies and documents, as well as providing clerical support such as answering phones and transferring messages.
Responsible for hazardous commodities shipping.
