•Generating daily sales report.
•Reporting to finance manager about the status of the Sales.
•Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors Account.
•Preparing Monthly Consolidated Invoice and Submitting to the customers.
•Preparing Statement Of Accounts.
•Managing collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts, referring account to collection agencies, and sending follow-ups.
•Coordinating with debit collector/sales supervisors for the receivable follows ups.
•Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates.
•Ensure that operational criterion is reflected in the accounts receivable functions.
•Collects accounts by contacting customers referred by debt collectors; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment.
•Aging report & schedule Report Analysis
•Bank Reconciliation statement.
