-Conducted field research and interviews with community members, local partners and NGOs to gather qualitative data on the evolving needs of IDPS (internally displaced persons) during the war.
-Evaluated the impact of social services on community members in high-stress environments, ensuring support programs remained aligned with real-time field realities.
-Analyzed and synthesized complex data sets to draft comprehensive community reports and evidence-based recommendations for future intervention strategies.
-Designed a specialized M&E framework to assess the effectiveness of community interventions during emergency crisis.

 Provide emotional support to victims of violence and their children.
 Ensuring access to appropriate resources such as counseling, medication, and legal support.
 Organize and facilitate engaging activities for children.
 Guarantee the basic needs of beneficiaries from household essentials to food and clothing.
 Monitor and track the progress of beneficiaries by maintaining accurate records and reporting.
 Conduction regular follow-ups and interventions.

Answer incoming calls from clients, providing prompt and professional assistance while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
 Gather and document relevant information from clients to assess their legal needs and determine appropriate case submission.
 Submit case details to the appropriate legal teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client information.
 Follow up with clients to provide updates on their cases and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
