Assist the Food and Beverage Director in all secretarial and administration operations in the department.
Co-ordinates all promotions, menus, events in the department and assumes responsibility for the Food and Beverage Directors office in his absence
Central coordinating person for all promotions or events happening in the F&B department.
Implement new menus or amendments made to already prevalent menus after approval from the Food and Beverage Director- Food & Beverage.
Print all beverage & wines menus along with each outlet menu.
Prepare function sheets for events for special events
Consolidate the outlet monthly training programs for the department.
Handle all F&B employees issues ( papers, uniforms, schedules, etc…)
Handle all uniform requirements for the department
Handle & follow up on all purchasing requisitions for the department.
Handle all live entertainment like bands for each outlet. Co-ordinates visas, permits, travel arrangements, accommodation, payments during their contract period.

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
Create job descriptions.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Conduct Interviews for selected candidates
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Prepare and send offer packages.
Assist and coordinate in all the projects held and operated by the company
Coordinate between all the various departments which are at work in a project
Report to the project manager
Liaise with all the employees that are involved in the project
Follow up on a project
Research and development duties
Administrative tasks for the office to run smoothly
Responsible for advising the clients accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
Assist customers in obtaining booking or operating self service equipment.
Responsible for keeping accurate records of all paper transactions
Responsible for handling advance deposits and keeping accurate records of all advance deposit.
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Answer inquiries regarding hotel services by telephone and in
person
Provide information about services available
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers
Ensure all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.
Respond to guest inquiries.
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
