Lead integrated and multidisciplinary proposals, with support of the Business Development and Product Managers in Energy, Water, Urban and Nuclear.
• Owner of the process for the assignment of the tender preparation team, in order to prepare and submit PQs, EOIs and offers in time, the client contacts, the tenders’ planning, the methodology writing, the risk and ethics assessment, quality control, price setting, and tender submission.
• Identify and adequately resolve bottlenecks, also in case of unexpected events.
• Together with the BD Director, define the tender strategy.
• Work closely together with your colleagues within the BD&S team and production to improve the quality of
the offers.
• Owner of the bidding process and the sales tools
• Manage interfaces through frequent contacts with internal/external project stakeholders.
• Follow up and integrate partners and subcontractors’ contributions in Salesforce during the sales/proposal phase.
• Lead the weekly technical/ commercial conference calls with the multidisciplinary team to follow up the new leads and offers and to discuss the progress of offers under preparation.
• Provide inputs for the commercial reporting, analysis of loss/win tenders, risk & opportunities register, and bidding strategy.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform market advisory, international energy market dynamics and energy policy consulting services.
• Acquire leads and opportunities with new and existing Clients in the region.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals under bid management.
• Assist in setting BD and Sales strategy for Dubai office.

Enhancing the electrical network’s used equipment to reduce technical losses and to ensure sustainability and high level of security

Building new, modern electricity distribution grid components, which will allow the connection of new customers to the grid,
replace or reinforce previous components and assure a more stable and less interrupted electricity supply to each customer

Replacing old components with new ones in order to achieve an improvement in supply

Studying projects of installing new underground feeders and energizing new substations in order to create a proper network structure and minimize losses

Managing and supervising teams for installation of customer service equipment

Submitting work order, contractors', and meter installation invoices

Communicating and organizing daily work and invoices with EDL in Jounieh and Ajaltoun divisions.

Performing survey of existing Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Electrical Network.
