Specialised in Customer care Servise delivery for Premium Business Class Customers. Facilitated and trained Gulf Air staff under the Corporate Customer Care Service Training Programm in liaison with the Corporate Training and People Development Department in Gulf Air.
-Acquired mobile network sites in order to enhance the coverage, eliminate network problems.
-Negotiated with the owners of the properties where a target sites to be build. Marketed and represented the idea of mobile network communications.
