• Responsible for overall day to day operations vehicles& equipment’s.
• Responsible for supervising the drivers/helpers and guiding them on their day to day work schedule.
• Maximum utilization of available resources to achieve the set targets.
• Responsible for proper upkeep, repair and maintenance’s of all the vehicles, bins and equipment’s.
• Responsible to prepare monthly duty roaster.
• Coordinate with other team (internal & external) in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance’s as per schedule or as required.
• Responsible to maintain all the data including operation logs, maintenance reports, third party reports/ doc etc.
• Preparing daily/ monthly/ annual reports.
• Responsible for creating standard operations procedures
• Conducting field visit periodically \[Daily Basis\] in order to control the collection and cleaning activities.
• Client issues/problem resolving on daily basis.
• Daily Reporting to Operation Manager.
• HR & Office administration work (Filling, Vacation, Replacement, Payroll co-ordination, office boy training and clerical works).
• Monitoring vehicle schedule plan on daily basis.
• Fixing KPI's for office staff supervisor, foreman, drivers and labors.
• Labour Schedule Planning and create Duty Roaster for weekly.
• Providing the proper training to supervisor and foreman for collection activates and street cleaning and use of the machinery for getting better result in operation.
• Preparing quotations, LPO, & Invoices.
• Coordinating material transportation from Site to Land-Fill.
• Co-ordination with MIS team for Voucher issuance.
• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly/yearly report's for all environmental data management related.
• Planning for production to achieving the target.
• Planning to transfer the labors and make duty roaster for achieving the target.
• Planning to transfer the unused materials to landfill.
• Planning for purchases requisition on site use and get approval on manager.
• Update the prices for materials vise and maintain quotation from customer for all materials to sales.
• Attending meeting with team members on weekly or monthly basis discussing the past problem experience and leading to an solution
o Documents preparation for customs clearance.
o Dealing with clients for their shipment.
o Dealing with transport companies for container lifting & delivering.
o Attend client's complaints.
o Maintain data's systematically and filing company wise.
o Involve other administration duties as well.
o Preparing payment voucher and receipt voucher.
o Involving all the petty cash dealings.
o Preparing petty cash statement by every week.
o Weekly meeting with Account's dept head and submit the statement.
o Reimburse the statement amount.
o Data's maintains systematically.
o Arrange emergency payment in co-ordination with site engineer.
o Maintain proper record of the all vouchers and bills.
o Control of Workers log book.
o Preparing wages to the site workers in every week.
o Receiving stock from the main store.
o Getting request from site engineer for stock and forward it to head office.
o Stock arrangement to the site works on daily basis and maintains a record for that.
o Other site works like attend labour complaints, site accommodation arrangement in co-ordination with HR, dealing with transport companies.
o Hiring Heavy Equipments for site engineer's request.
o Other HR and Admin Co-ordination work.
