Coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure. Maintains the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe. Receives all type of contract documents, correspondence, tender, legal and same to shall circulated to concerns recipients and departments. Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• An Independent Document Controller responsible for Entire Documentation process of the project.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming documents and correspondence and retrieve immediately as required or requested
• Manage the control of incoming documents ensuring that project document control procedures are followed.
• Assist in the management of all outgoing documents in particular the issuing of letters, transmittals, reports and drawings.
• Configure Mail and Document Types based on the Project Requirements..
• Accurate presentation and editing of complex documents using knowledge of engineering terms.
• Manage user accounts/roles and Organization Accounts in Project.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and monthly reports in accordance with the standard project templates.
• Create workflows templates for supplier document review
• Administer external and internal site correspondences by the software available in the project (Aconex).
• Maintain accurate records of incoming documents and correspondence and retrieve immediately as required or requested
