Sending and receiving emails & Faxes and forwarding/Receiving to those who it is most

Receiving mail and sorting by importance and recipient, for example finding out who the
mail is for and taking to a pigeon hole or office.
Preparing appointments and making bookings
Handling the diaries for meeting rooms and offices which are booked for members of staff.
Depending on your duties, you may also be asked to handle the diaries of individual
members of staff to ensure no overlapping meetings.
Organize full setup required for meetings and appointments

Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change
data.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing
work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource
information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
publications.
