Working with National Bank of Pakistan as Regional Manager (RM)-Tech Ops & Support/ ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT managing IT deptt, involved in Technology Support & IT Project management, products deployment, training, Administration, IT Systems Implementation, Operations, and Management since March 2008 having 15 years of comprehensive experience enlisted below:
RSM-TECH
- In charge of overall technological affairs of 70 branches of the KP region.
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Coordination and liaising with IT, Operations, and all cross-functional groups toward organizations to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
- Vendor management for securing networks and ensuring business continuity
- Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects aligned with organizational objectives.
- - Technical support of level 1, level 2 & escalating level 3 to dedicated teams & managing training to end users
- Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Team member of PCI DSS project team
- Coordination with IT, Operations, and all cross-functional groups toward organization’s goal achievement and better services
- Vendor management for securing networks and ensuring business continuity
- Technical support of level 2 / level 3 & training to end users
- Active Directory on-prem services, configuration, and management and configuring branch PCs on Active Directory (AD)
- Microsoft Windows 10 & 11/Server installation, troubleshooting, and management.
- MS Office 2019 & Office 365 installation and management.
- Antivirus installation and patch updation
- Oracle side both operational and technical issues resolution by executing Oracle scripts and commands.
- Ensure network and system security to restrict unauthorized access to the systems.
- ATM monitoring, surveillance, and Management
- WAN/link deployment, vendor management, and take up as and when needed.
- Network switch/router upgrade, port binding, and liaison with the vendor.
- Complaints management, and ticket resolution/closing through CRM platform.
- System Administration & Access Management (to ensure Operations Security Policy).
- Facilitating training sessions/meetings on Zoom and Google Meet.
