• Install advanced Giesecke + Devrient (G+D) banknote processing systems, Bank Note Packaging Systems, Banknote Destruction Systems, and associated auxiliary equipment such as compressors, conveyor belts, shredders, suction fans, silos, presser/bracketing systems, hydraulics Systems, Low voltage and Control Panels, Automatic Voltage Regulators, and UPS.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, testing, and proficiently diagnosed and repaired components of electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electro-mechanical faults.
• Manage all administrative duties and fulfilled reporting requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive in-house and on-site training sessions for customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies, effectively placing orders when necessary.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain meticulous records of service calls, including issue details, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Provide valuable assistance in troubleshooting customer complaints received via telephone or email.
• Monitor and control power plant operations, including turbines, generators, boilers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any abnormalities or potential issues.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and restore
normal operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze operational data, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to optimize power plant efficiency and output.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to plant operations, equipment performance, and
maintenance activities.
Final Year Project Smart System for Cleaning of Solar Panels The purpose of a smart system for cleaning of solar panels is to clean arrays of solar panels in solar parks. The system initially starts dry cleaning and moves on to solar panel arrays. When the dry cleaning is completed at the end of the array, water spray starts with its wipers and its original position back again. The system is controlled by an Arduino Mega2560.
