• SDLC Testing Governance Responsibilities: o Facilitate Quality Gate sessions for deployment of Code from Dev-SIT & SIT UAT. o Monitoring and reporting on testing progress, results and defects across the
project to assist with deployment Go/No-Go decision-making. o Enforcing governance and reporting processes across the SAT Programme. o Guide project teams in determining the portfolio testing requirements. o Drafting of Risk Waivers for sign - of by business stakeholders.
• Guide and assist project teams during the project lifecycle in the development of the
Project Plan (Software Quality Assurance Plan) and the formal review of the Project Plans.
• Assist project managers in performing the QA activities of the project (i.e. developing the project schedule for QA activities).
• Assist in co-ordination of the external QA review (EQA) of the work products.
• Assessing the content, quality and standard of all the QA documents (checklists, templates, etc.) and where appropriate making approved changes to the documents.
• Provide accurate reporting to line management in the form of dashboards.
Service Delivery and Operational Readiness (ITIL V4 Processes)
• On boarding of Service Management, processes and tools (Change management, Problem management, Incident management, Configuration Management, Events Management and Disaster
Recovery).
