Dealing with customer situations and solving issues. Directing
the client towards a better situation to achieve satisfaction from the
customers. Also, helping new subscribers to know more and be able to finalize their documents for subscription. In addition to that, aiding new employees to get familiar with the system and guide them towards success in their jobs.
After finishing my high school I studied in Malaysia BUt couldn't complete my studies due some circumstances.
