Responsibilities:
• Responsible for giving Tool Box Talk, pre-start talks and training for all
employees in the work practices necessary to safely perform the job
• Daily HSE Meetings
• Weekly Safety Meetings
• Conduct safety training for workforce.
• Conducting orientation and HSE training on the awareness of company policy,
• General rule and safe practice.
• Monitoring of permit to work compliance.
• Inspection on work site through different checklists.
• Monitoring of crane operation as per lifting plan examinee
• Supervision of housekeeping and environment clean-up activities
• Daily site walk-through i.e. observing unsafe acts and conditions and inform to
HSE Engineer
• Training for cut of catenary procedure
• Training for Train immobilization procedure.
• Training for Maneuvering procedure.
• Training for Access to the Train Roof procedure.
• Inspection of area before starting the work, barricade the working area with all
required signage
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to main contractor (Client)
• Responsible for receiving the observations from the main contractor. To do the
rectification and prepare a detailed report about the rectification done
• Performs Induction of new arrivals at site
• Monitoring of scaffolding safety with their valid tags.
• Monitoring of health and hygiene condition at site.
• Monitoring the disposal of solid wastes and hazardous materials.
• Preparation of daily observation reports.
• HSE publicity program through safety poster on working areas.
• Monitoring appropriate housekeeping, on daily basis in working and
Surrounding all storage area to maintain safe working environments.
• Prepare weekly Machinery inspection check lists
