* Ensure that all documentation, processes used in the production support service is in accordance with the Group’s standards.

Project Description:
OTP is a trade platform supporting non documentary trade products. Since OTP requires processing finances and payment requests as part of the product offering it interfacing with core banking systems for Cr/Dr operations along with limit activation and utilization.
The requirement is to provide capabilities in Trade Port to effectively manage insurance buyer limit throughout its life cycle, from limit application to activation, utilization and eventual cancellation. Building this module in Trade Port will ensure handling and tracking of insurance applications and the approvals from credit insurer/ factor house, reconciliation of these limits, almost real-time communication to cancel/ reduce limits in LTP and effective MIS to reduce manual efforts in premium calculation, as well as limit maintenance which currently involves several manual activities being processed by Sol Del, PC, CRC and OPS. It will also improve monitoring of insurers/factors approval ratios, limit activation and utilization, which are key drivers for the RS business.

This project is aimed at automating the Sanctions Approval Process for WB Cash Transactions (Payments & Messaging) processed by Standard Chartered Bank across all markets.
This application, Cash Sanctions Approval System (CSAM) will provide a Workflow System which will automatically route the requests for approvals & also provide email to Requestor & Approvers on all approvals / rejections & referrals besides a facility to extract Report for SM MIS Reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Preparing and publishing GTM tracker to stake holders
• Preparation of Test Scenarios, Test script and Traceability Matrix
• Participation in the Peer reviews for test cases.
