1. Supervise the work of the contractor and support him with advice
2. Prepare field technical reports, BoQs and drawings of potential/selected structure for shelter and Infrastructure construction/reconstruction/rehabilitation
3. Assist to maintain and update contract files on each construction project
4. Provide technical inputs in the general supervision, progress of construction activities and control of quality of materials and workmanship.
5. Assist to review contact claims, analyse and recommend variation orders
6. Assist to prepare documents for final handover and closure of projects
7. Assist to prepare continuous cash and payment forecast for activities carried out by contractors
8. Ensure timely delivery of quality construction
9. Contribute to the design and implementation of humanitarian projects in the field
10. Prepare, follow and evaluate construction work on site.

2-Constantly liaise with beneficiaries and NRC personnel to reach project’s goals.
3-Contribute to the provision of facilitation, organizational and logistical support to staff of the project.
4-Contribute to ensuring that the projects implemented are realized as planned in a timely manner.
5-Other duties as assigned and agreed upon by the supervisor
