• To Implement the Operation of the QMS, & QCP on the side by providing technical guidance and expertise to meet the requirements of international standards/Codes and Project Specification
• Reviews documents, Witnesses the performance of audited activities, and prepares checklists and agendas for audit. Also Analyzes findings during Audit/issue/Non-Conformance identified during audits to determine program quality and identify performance trends
• Review and make approval for Material Approval submittals as per project Specifications, standards codes
• Monitor and ensure contractor Compliance with all applicable project specifications and requirements
• To Initiate, Monitor, and control the Corrective Action and Preventive Action and non-conformance requests issued during project audits and close of once found acceptable
• Conducting weekly basis quality meetings with all sub-contractors to address and resolve all quality-related issues
• Reviewed and approved all types of quality procedures, including MST, ITP CKL, for each activity going to be executed at the site
• Provide Support to management for interface on Quality activities with internal or external organizations (Client, Supplier, Contractor, and subcontractor). Also, Perform Statistical Process Control
• Chairing Quality Kick-of meetings with Contractors before the start of any activity
• Conducting Weekly site walkthroughs with the Contractor and preparing reports for finding
• Issuing & closing of SOR, NCR, and CAR upon any non-conformity
• Attend the periodic meetings with the project Company (Client Management)
• Witnessing and Approval of Testing and commissioning of all Low Voltage and LC systems, example panels and LV Cables, MDB, MCC, DBs panels and breakers, FAS, PAS, Telephone and ICT, IPTV, Master Clock System, Audio Video System
• Taken active participation in Handing over Process with Contractor /Subcontractors for issuance of Completion Certificates by ensuring the closure of all the related documents (IRs, MIRs, ITPs, Checklist, MSTs, NCRs, Design & Shop Drawings, Punch list, & T&C)
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, ensure response time as per SLAs, meet KPIs, and deliver technical & periodical reports
• Implement and adhere to the company HSEQ policies
Senior Electrical Engineer QA/QC (EPC)
• Prepared complete set of ITP, and Method Statement for the projects under Royal Commission and YASREF
• Monitoring the installation of duct banks and laying of Direct Buried LV cables, Installation of Street Light, other underground utilities
• Monitoring and regular surveillance of the installation of Electrical Works of Conduit and Cable Trays, Building Wire Pulling, Fire Alarms system installations, Installation of Electrical Fixtures
• Ensured the works done in accordance with project Specifications, Contract and approved Shop Drawings. Method statements, ITP
• Following the NCR issued by client and making sure it is closed, by correcting the errors and by following the procedures
• Witnessing the SAT and making sure the instruments used for Tests are calibrated
Preparation of the Monthly and Weekly Project Quality Report for the Executed Activities and materials received, Tests
Senior Electrical Engineer QA/QC (EPC)
• Prepared complete set of ITP, and Method Statement for MV and LV cables, Street Light, Duct Bank and Electrical Manholes, Package Substation and PMS, submitted and got approved by YASREF, Royal Commission and Marafiq
• Raising the material inspections request and making sure that material received are in accordance to approved specification, all TESTS are passed prior to shipping and getting the approval from YASREF, Marafiq and Royal Commission
• Monitoring the MV and LV Cable Laying in Duct Bank and Direct Buried and Erection, installation of unit substations (package / compact substations), substations up to 2Mva
• Following the NCR issued by client and making sure it is closed, by correcting the errors and by following the procedures
• Witnessing the SAT and making sure the instruments used for Tests are calibrated and Valid
• Preparing the Monthly and Weekly Project Quality Report for the Executed Activities and Materials
• Ensure that the project is done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards
• Monitoring and regular surveillance of the installation of Electrical Works of Conduit and Cable Trays, Building Wire Pulling, Fire Alarms system installations, Installation of Electrical Fixtures
• Witnessed the SAT for, Fire Alarm System, Optical Fiber cables
• Responsible as team member for Design Validation, review of design briefs, specifications, BOQ and follow-up with the concept developer / design consultant for feasibility and functional end product
• Execute and Supervise all MEP & ELV installation works while coordinating with other services
• Preparation of: Electrical load schedules, shop drawings, substation layouts and cable containments.
• Material submittals and follow-up for approval as per the standards and specifications and procure the same
• Carryout all testing & commissioning works related to: All Electrical systems i.e. LV Switchgears, Distribution Panels, Circuit Breakers, Power Cables, Electrical wiring, Earthing & Lightening Protection, UPS and Standby Generators etc
• ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS Central Battery System.
