The role of the Special Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and/or third-party or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Special Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives, charts and oversee quality control throughout its project tasks life cycle.

• Implementing SAR 1.3 billion (USD 345 million) business plan
• Managing company offtake and sales agreements

• Developing commercial/ business processes that includes:
o Supply chain
o Sales Operation
• Developing and implementing strategic and annual marketing plans, sales plans, and related budget jointly with channel partners.
• Evaluate channel partners performance within S. Asia, SE Asia, Indian Sub-continent, Asia Pacific, and Turkey.
• Collect and update management with recent market trends and adjust plans as may require.
• Ensure relationship with key accounts and their end customers at highest satisfaction level.
• Manage marketing communication within assigned geographic segments
Responsible for managing an entire products portfolio, including product strategy, product development initiatives, key customers relationships, sales curriculum development, product training and financial management of their product categories. Drive greater focus on building key FMCG thought leader and supplier relationships critical for success, and lead the creation of marketing collateral, advertising, direct marketing campaigns, sales training material, FMCG study design, and forecasting. Also, responsible for attaining revenue targets each year. Matrix management and establishing teamwork needed to work with sales management, R&D, manufacturing, planning, legal, finance, regulatory, and operations.
Managed all marketing and corporate communication includes investor relations, media relation, and planning and act ivies for Multi-products.
Implemented various programs, including products, visuals, exhibitions, visuals and delivery of presentation. Designed and implemented marketing advertising promotion campaign with several advertising agencies. Implemented advanced approach strategy for business growth and development.
Worked with bank product development managers to carry out requirements analysis, system configuration, and operating model, testing and training activities and provide IT team with required information that enable projects initiation and coordinate tasked with implementing of new retail banking products & systems.
As Sales and Marketing Representative, assume full responsibility to influence the decision process and communicate value to bank customers through in-depth needs analysis.
