Functional Role:
• Managing the arrangement for the ERS activities related to the administration
• Manage the tracking and planning the careers of high potential individuals, initiates and recommends staff development plans - i.e. career development, training and incentive programs to meet the Secretariat's requirements.
• Supervise the performance of the Administration Section staff.
• Conduct, arrange and supervise operational services for ERS, if any
• Monitoring the supplies communication by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
• Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

• Perform other tasks related to the human resources function - Employee Relation as they arise and as delegated by the HRM.
• Senior Associate Residential Handover (Acting Manager in last year): (June 2009 - Dec 2013)
- Inspect the assigned properties prior to handover "snagging" of the residential units (Quality assurance) on the cosmatique level to protect ALDAR brand among delivery. Report any comments for rectification.
- Provide owners with home orientation of the properties on the handover day.
- Collecting payments, preparing handover documents for clients' signature and handing over the keys of the units once the process is completed.
- Creating and maintaining a report of the units being sold / handed over.
- Audit transferred units’ files by checking the documentation received from the post sales department against the ISO 9001:2000 policies.
- Following up payments with owners, banks and 3rd party.
- Providing excellent customer service to our cliental base ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
- Liaise with leasing team to ensure leasing the properties in the fastest yet most professional way always considering price as a mark of competitive advantage.
• Public Relations Coordinator: (Oct 2008 - May 2009)
- Handle all matters related to government entities which are project specific. (Water and Power connection, Telecommunication Services, Abu Dhabi Municipality, AD Policy and Civil Defense, etc…)
- Receiving & following applications in relevance to power & water connectivity and cooling systems.
- Provide a set of services to the project customers (property owners).
- Organize, coordinate and ensure sponsorship of different events (public awareness, Entertainment, etc…)
- Project leader while conduct mass surveys supervising a team of five to ensure that the survey is done with the most efficiency and the best customer service possible.
- Ensure the application of Quality Assurance through all steps of Data entry to maximize data reliability and integrity.
