IT Analyst
Currently, I work as an IT Analyst for MENA that provides an IT help support for ARAMCO.
• Solving and fixing troubleshooting incidents
• Reporting issues and contacting the appropriate departments to maintain the integrity of ARAMCO IT help support for all its employees.
From 2004 up to Feb 2006
• I worked with Ebbtikar company which It had a contract with STC so, I worked in
Saudi Telecommunications Company in IT Dep. My Responsibilities were managing and monitoring more than 50 windows & 200 clients and handled technical
troubleshooting.
• Work as an IT for the company by accessing their computers from different
locations and fix the problem.
• Work as a supervisor for one IT unit group.
