I have vast experience on Managing the teams of Networks Operatoin & IT Support of Al Ittefaq Steel Products Company. Some of my responsibilities are taking care of the technical work including Network operations, IT Material Procurement, IT Budgeting & Planning, ITIL & Service Desk implementation and defining KPI's processes for the department, Internal Auditor IT & IPO implementation process as well as other IT related matters. Good working knowledge of working with SAP ECC 7.0 on M.M (Material management) Module for Purchasing, Payment, Asset Creation, Warehouse Management etc.
I worked in as a Network Administrator, and was responsible for the Network Projects for its clients and affiliates.
I started as a Techincal Support Engineer & then promoted to Network Support Engineer after few months. Also I was declared the best employee for consecutive 2 years. I was Involved in day to day activities of Network Operations of the Pakistan Biggest ISP(Internet Service Provider)Company.
I worked as Internee in IT Department and Assist as IT Support. Also developed Software for Costing Department.

Bachelors of Science (Major In Computer Science) My Final Project was on VPN Implementation in ISP ( Internet Service Provider ) network.
