I am responsible for:
- Responsible for selection and management of the translation team, ensuring the quality of translation work.
- Editing/proofreading the documents translated by my team of translators.
- Translating/editing/proofreading accounting and advisory documents for public sector entities and different companies across MENA.
- Translating International Public Sector Accounting Standards(IPSAS) into Arabic.
- Translating/editing/proofreading Finance Procedures Manuals and Finance Policy Manual for different ministries and companies across MENA.
- Translating/editing/proofreading financial statements prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework.
- Translating/editing/proofreading financial and income tax reporting for Management and for different companies in Saudi Arabia. Specifically, tasks include: consolidated financial statements, subsidiaries' financial statements, audits, feasibility studies, other management reports, Fixed Asset records, supporting documents, etc.
- Translating/editing/proofreading financial documents (i.e. Board materials, Annual Financial Reports, Tax Declarations) and spoken statements from Arabic into English and vice versa.
- Translating/Interpreting accounting, financial and legal terminology in Arabic and in English.
- Editing and proofreading translated financial data, text and other documents to accurately reflect the Arabic or English language.
- Translating/Editing and proofreading translated proposals, bids, RFPs, specifications, letters, and other technical documents in English and in Arabic.

I was responsible for translating and editing proposals, bids,
specifications, letters, and other documents from English into Arabic and
vice versa for Foreign Multinational Companies working with different
Saudi Ministries. These companies include Raytheon, SAIC, Northrop
Grumman, Cubic, CATIC, CEI, IDT and others.
Duties:
- Translate Defense, Security, Aviation, Military & Training
documents.
- Edit the work of other translators.
- Translate correspondences, proposals, bids, letters,
specifications, technical, financial and legal documents, etc.
