Responsibilities:
Managing the Ad Sales Team consisting of 4 Sales Managers and 2 Key Accounts Managers.
Forecasting monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and executing business plans in a given time frame to enhance profitability.
Identifying prospective clients by extensive study of market and seasonal trends and allocating those leads to the team.
Account Management:
Currently managing and billing marketing portfolio of luxury hotel brands and restaurant chains in Abu Dhabi/Dubai.
Sharing yearly media plans with other prospective key accounts.
Training and Hiring:
Identifying the hiring needs based on the market penetration and yearly targets.
Screening resumes and interviewing the candidates that would fit into the sales team and the team culture.
Training and mentoring the selected candidates to get them to speed.

Successfully achieved the yearly numbers assigned by the Regional Sales Director throughout the tenure and running, with stand out individual performances by the team I managed.
Got on board luxury hotels on yearly media plans, including the likes of Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, The Abu Dhabi EDITION, etc.
Spearheaded the Abu Dhabi Ramadan 2018 & 2019 project, a whopping 240, 000 AED worth of revenue was generated out of temporary Iftar advertisements sold to stand alone restaurants and hotels.
