- Successfully migrated the SAP Italia to SAP DFG Paris.
- Set up Policies and SOPs for SAP Master Data Management & SAP Supply Chain.
- Setup of all the required SOPs for Inventory Management and Logistics.
- Trained Unit Cost Controllers, GM, OPS Managers and Warehouse team including Purchasing Manager about SAP and Inventory Control.
