Marketing Coordinator (Lifestyle Portfolio - Armani Exchange, Banana Republic & Gap)

Retail Activity Management:
Accountable for timely execution of annual retail marketing calendar including planning, delivering and evaluating the success.
Defined specific & focused strategy pillars for key stores across UAE, Kuwait & Qatar.
Liaised with mall management & external suppliers on visibility of brands within the mall (poster stands, podiums) and coordinated with VM team to ensure timely execution.

Campaign Management:
Reported to & worked with the Division Marketing Manager (& wider marketing team) to take the lead on key elements of seasonal campaigns both off-line & online, ensuring robust planning, timely delivery and full evaluation of each activity.
Worked alongside the PR, Social Media, Events & CRM teams to support the delivery of marketing campaigns & brand expansion plans.
Sourced production suppliers for marketing collateral including vouchers, instore assets, PR gifts & photography.
Ensured all below the line communications with customers (email, SMS, social media) were approved by the brand & dispatched on time.
Monitored overall effectiveness of promotions/launches through tracker sheets, incremental sales, ROI.
Liaised with global brand principals to provide concepts & adaptation as per the company & brand guidelines.
Acted as a single point of contact between key stakeholders, suppliers, operations, financial and various global marketing teams.
Suggested new ideas for promotions, events & campaigns to appeal and attract selected target audiences.
