Been hired to manage projects budget and ensure company obtains the best possible pricing; determine and minimize risk in buyout processes, reducing costs by 10%.
Write and distribute bid packages that clearly define the scope and general provisions of potential contracts. Ensure that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the prime contract checklist and organizational structure.
Negotiate, analyze, and prepare purchase order agreements, subcontracts, and cost control budgets.
Been hired to lead the team to manage all projects activities and ensured that all safety standards, design specifications, and any other requirements were followed to the letter in addition resolving any arising issues to do with site construction and other departments.
My Key Duties:
- Overseeing all projects activities both on-site and off site and making sure they are completed as per the schedule.
- Performing daily inspection of any construction activity to ensure it conforms to the approved plans.
- Coordinating with field operators, the client, and designers.
- Obtaining approvals and any required permits for new projects.
- Ensuring that all construction plans conform to the customer expectations.
- Approving invoices from sub-contractors and vendors.
- Reviewed all the designs and drawings beforehand to identify any problems.
- Estimated and came up with budgets to be used on the construction projects.
- Reviewed and made the necessary recommendations appertaining to any construction modifications.
- Managed suppliers and subcontractors as they worked on the project.
Been hired to lead the team to provide professional and practical solutions for facades, like Facade Cleaning & Maintenance, BMU's, Mini Cranes, Cherry Pickers, Aluminum Scaffoldings, Arial Work Platform, Mast Climbers, Temporary Suspended Platforms (TSP), Monorail System, Gantry System, Permanent Suspended Platforms, Davit Arms, Glass Replacement Winch and Fall Arrest Safety Lines.
My Key Duties:
- Preparations of tender specifications.
- Designing of required solutions and systems.
- Develop the solution with the manufacture.
- Creating and checking cost sheets.
- Produce and follow up Shop Drawings.
- Coordinate Civil Works with Site.
- Issue Data Documentations.
- Consultation during design phase.
- Present concept design wit full details.
- Prepare technical submittals.
- Providing layout drawings.
- Coordinate with Façade Contractors for restraint system.
- Monitoring and Support Site Installations. - Issue As-Built Drawing after Handover.
Been Hired to prepare shop drawing and coordinated between the site and technical department.
