• Establishing the tendering process in the Supreme Education Council as per the International standards.
• Verifying the Contracts before signing them by the minister.
• Lead the negotiations with the suppliers before signing the Contracts.
• When required, responsible for contracts amendments such as extensions, change of orders.
• Checking the Tendering and Contracting procedures and ensuring that they are as per the governmental regulations.
• Evaluate the commercial bidders’ proposals.
• Act as a member of the technical teams that evaluates bidder’s proposals.
• Represent the company and take the leadership position at negotiation meetings.
• Prepare and monitor contracts.
• When required, responsible for contracts amendments such as extensions, change of orders.

* Award of the Contracts and managing Contracts Executions.
* Representing the Sudanese Armed forces in all courts.
* Taking care of the negotiations between the Sudanese Armed Forces and any other party in the contractual issues.
*Preparing the agreements onbehalf of the Sudanese Armed Forces.
