. Prepare sales action plan for the Region aligned with company’s strategies.
•Looking after customer acquisitions and expanding LOB’s within existing customers.
•Develop and maintain a highly effective distributor network.
•Provide technical training and support when needed to distributor sales forces and end-customers.
•Establish and execute sales plans with distributors/partners.
•Participate in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns and product training programs for potential/ existing customers.
•Penetrate targeted vertical market segments (e.g. construction, oil & gas, utilities) as appropriate and maintain relationship with existing key accounts.
•Assist on MARCOM activities to support the growth within the region.
• Achieving my own sales targets by developing sales plans in line with company’s target.
• Amending the list of contacts, to ensure that we have included big network.
• Convincing customers to buy our products by conducting sales presentations, answering and explaining the benefits and features.
• Assisting company to increase the sales by opening new sales channels.
• Working closely with big customers in Oil & Gas and Government Departments (Kingdom wide).
• Using my experience and knowledge in my filed, I assist our HR to established & implement HSE regulations according to our company policy.
• Planning and implementation of Health & Safety new standards.
• Preparing/updating Health, Safety & Security procedures to comply with SAMA and Government Authorities.
• Conducting periodic audits to ensure that the Health, Safety & Security levels are in acceptable level.
• Preparing Safety evacuation plans for all premises this includes major buildings and branches.
• Managing All Security Systems projects such as: (Fire Alarm systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control & Fire protection). These also include design.
• Implementing SAMA regulations to obtain certification of compliance, I had been designated by the Bank to supervise the Security & Safety upgrading project.
• Providing consultation and for different projects.
• Preparing/reviewing design of security and safety systems such as: Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Intrusion Systems, Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) and Access Control.
• ATM Security Systems Installation (Fire, Burglar & CCTV) Projects as a Project Manager. The project target was to install systems for above than 1000 ATMs Kingdom-wide.
• Digital Video recording installation as a Project Manager this to replace all VCRs (Old technology) for the whole premises.
• Security and Safety Systems installations.
• Assigned as Safety supervisor for the group.
