Job Responsibilities:
• - To develop, implement and maintain Qarshi Management System which includes management systems i.e ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP (Dutch), ISO 22000 (FSSC) & Halal
- To act as HACCP and Halal Team Leader and responsible for the implementation of Food
safety and Halal standards in true letter and spirit throughout the organization
- To conduct food safety hazards as per HACCP requirements & environmental aspect & impact analysis as per standards requirement
- Development and Implementation of standard operating procedure (SOPs), Manuals & Food Safety Procedures including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GWHP (Good Warehouse Practices), SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure)
- Responsible for Organization wide Trainings on QMS, food safety, soft skills & professional skills
- To formulate & monitor quality objectives, management programs and Key performance Indicators (KPIs) & to review their achievements on quarterly & annual basis for further planning
- To ensure Implementation of online process quality control checks as per defined standard operating procedure
- Verification & Validation of internally developed tests, methods & control measures
- To coordinate with certification bodies for new certifications or third party surveillance audits.
- To conduct supplier audits i.e: auditing of supplier processing facilities to ensure quality, supplier rating & approval along with in time material supply
- To ensure internal & external communication, necessary for the effective implementation of Qarshi Management System
