● Aconex Organization Admin
● Responsible for uploading and downloading of all types of documents and drawings from / to Aconex.
● To make sure that each and every documents and drawings should be available in Aconex so that every person can access them at any time and from anywhere through Aconex.
● Generating the report from Aconex to Excel (Current, Overdue, Weekly and Monthly Reports).
● Maintaining all documentation logs for all incoming and outgoing records and follow up the revisions.
● Handling Confidential Document such as Tendering, Variation Notice and Interim Payment Certificates & Letters.
● Preparation of Reports (daily, weekly and monthly) by coordinating with Technical and Site teams.
● Receiving and Submitting Transmittals and other Documents from Contractor and the Consultant.
● Maintaining Sub-Contractors Documents and follow up for the status.
● Preparation of contract status report and summary progress.
● Maintaining files (hard & soft copies) such as correspondence letters, Shop Drawings and Material Submittals from Main Contractor and Consultant.
● Maintaining Various Log preparations like Drawings, Submittals, Inspection & Test Plan, Variation Notices, Request for Material Inspection and Method Statement.
● Identification and tagging of the all incoming material compared with the approved material data sheet.
● Assistance in administrative services to all project team members when required.
● Operating Aconex, Submitting Drawings, Material Inspection, Method Statement, Material Submittal, Procedures, Reports, Calculations and many other related documents through Aconex.
● DC job responsibilities leads up to increasing accessibility, updating information, recording traceability and retrieving documents, supporting the correct on-going project development.
● Maintaining and updating the office filing system through Newforma.
● Major duties include examine documents such as drawings, calculations, change orders, and specifications to verify Maintains submittal logs, checklists, RFI, Material Delivery at site, test reports log etc.
● Control documentation produced internally and externally ensure that all documentation, drawings and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision.
● Check lists receiving and dispatching to the concern engineer and maintain the electronic logs according to the disciplines.
● Typing & Logging the Job site instruction (JSI) & Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
● Maintaining Electronic Logs for all in and out correspondences & submittals.
● Send everyday submittal outstanding KPI notification to engineers and PM, weekly send reports to high management.
● Archiving /Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard or electronic copies of drawings (Internal and External).
● To maintain a safe and secured working environment within Document Control.
● Maintaining all tracking records and ensuring that they are initialed when file is taken from the filing room.
● Provided administrative support to staff, specialists and technician
