Serving as Senior Project Accountant with additional responsibilities to the old as Chief Accountant. Following are the additional responsibilities.
•Attending board meetings and present the financial issues to the board in place of Finance Manager.
•Preparing the Agendas, minutes and presentations for the board meeting.
•Analyzing the financial proposal of joint venture from the interesting parties.
•Financial review of contracts and present the pros and cons of the financial clauses.
•Key performance indicators identification to measure the performance of contracting party over the period of contract.
•Liaising with banks for the loans, Interest and other matters.
•Liaising with lawyers, consultants and related parties to tender the project of Mining.
•In addition to above fulfilling the responsibilities assigned as Chief Accountant.
I was appointed as Assistant Chief Accountant in January 2013 but then become Chief Accountant in one year time. Now Serving Company as Chief Accountant leading 7 sub-ordinates.
• Prepare analysis of new Concentrate supply to be purchased or tolling for decision making.
• Monitor Fixed Asset register and maintain it up-to-date for additions and disposals.
• Prepare Budget and Variance Analysis on monthly Basis department wise for Controlling the Cost.
• Closing Stock Of Metal Inventory Valuation as per Their Assay Reports.
• Prepare financial statements on Quarterly Basis.
• Monitoring the work of Subordinates and monthly reporting to Finance Manager for Goal congruence and achievement.
• Working on Oracle and developing Oracle for the effective reporting with the help of software developer.
• Prepared Annual Budget for upcoming year 2014.
• Marketing experience of Two Months as the Marketing manager was on leave.(Sales and Purchase)
• Designing Procedures to improve working capital and cost reduction through efficiency.
• Dealing with auditors for the External Audit and four Internal Audits on quarterly basis.
• Monitoring Payroll, Bank reconciliation, Payable and Receivable.
• Maintaining head of accounts and there accuracy by reviewing the data entries.
I was appointed there as cost accountant but in six months time become head of Costing Department. I conduct meetings and coordinate with higher management on Productivity Analysis. Report financial issues to the CEO and COO of the Company after preparing monthly product line Profit and Loss. Additionally worked on the working capital management. And Report BCG Matrix for All Products for Decision Making.
