• Managing KEC Town Centre project - Mixed Use Project with total value of SAR 1 Billion.
• Conducting market research, observing the shopping habits of pilgrims & religious tourists.
• Performing financial feasibility studies for KEC Town Centre including ratio and sensitivity analysis.

• Working with financial consultants on the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities as well as proposing financing mechanisms.
• Working with the marketing department to enhance the marketability and feasibility of the investment opportunities.
• Producing investor packages in the form of teasers and power point presentations detailing various aspects such as market dynamics, architectural and development features, as well as financial soundness for approaching potential investors.
• Assisting in developing the project development strategy.
• Preparing periodic business plan reports and monthly updates covering ongoing business development projects.
• Managing the process with Economic Cities Authority in putting a regulation for off-plan sales and implementing it on residential community.
• Assisting in the sales of Dar Al Jewar gated community (224 Villas).

• Participated in restructuring the Real Estate department and defining the mission, vision and goals of the department, as well as organizing the responsibilities and tasks for every group member.
• Developed marketing plans for different Real Estate projects by analyzing the market segment, selecting the target market and the marketing media for each project, and managed the implementation team.
• Conducted number of Feasibility Studies and High & Best Use analysis for different nature of Real Estate projects by gathering data, analyzing data, studying the opportunity and writing final recommendation in the shape of management report.
• Presented feasibility study outputs and recommendations to the management and obtaining their feedback and approval.
• Implemented the approved projects by first finalizing the property deal, developing the design with a nominated architect,
and subsequently managed the construction and development performance.
• Managed company existing and newly developed properties over the kingdom in terms of administration, leasing, contracting, renovation and development.
