I am a Quality & Compliance Regional Manager at Fiberglass Structural Engineering (FSE), a leading provider of engineering solutions for the construction, industrial, and environmental sectors. I have over 10+ years of experience in ensuring quality and compliance for products and services in the USA and Middle East regions, as well as a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and several certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
My core competencies include developing and implementing quality assurance and compliance programs, conducting audits and inspections, developing and implementing corrective action plans, providing guidance and training to staff, and developing positive relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. I am also skilled in process mapping, quality management, kaizen blitz, project management, and ethical hacking. I am passionate about creating impactful solutions for a sustainable future and shaping a world of possibilities. Design, implement and improve company quality standards.
Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that
standards are met.
Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
Conduct all audit surveys with Third Parties and authorities.
Assure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 norms in entire Group.
Prepare and review QC Plan and ITP for all companies of the Group.
Review and update Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and in
use forms to fulfill all requirements of Quality Management System.
Manage internal and external audits like QMS ISO 9001, ISO 14692, ISO 10639,
ISO 2531, FM Audit / Surveillance, NSF Audit / Surveillance, API Audit
Proper implementation of AQPCI procedures and standards
Ensure safety implementation
Check procedures that will define production and quality for each job
Follow company quality and safety procedures
Ensure the proper inspection and testing during the coating process
Dimensional & Final Inspection
Review and report quality issue line NCRs to management
Monitor and control the proper testing of equipment
During my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Technology program, I actively engaged in classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, and design projects, where I applied theoretical knowledge to practical situations. I completed internships at engineering firms, participated in field trips to industrial facilities, and attended seminars to stay updated on industry trends. Collaborating with peers, I worked on team projects, conducted research under faculty guidance, and participated in extracurricular activities such as engineering clubs and competitions. These experiences honed my skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication, preparing me for a successful career in mechanical engineering.
