Current Position
On the Product front, doing marketing research, comparing Ajman Bank’s Mortgage, Auto, Home and Personal Finance products with similar ones in the market and maintaining & sharing with Retail Product Department. Moreover recommending policy parameter changes if required
Ensuring adherence with the bank’s financing policies and procedures, reviewing/ scrutinizing the Home Finance approvals terms and conditions, ensuring the provided documents have been duly complied with conditions stipulated in the Credit approval prior disbursal
Ensuring integrating accurate filing/documentation flow for CIU files and CAD security files
Preparing the Principle Letter / FOL as per approved terms & conditions and preparing the MC issuance instruction
Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative processes to identify potential improvements. Made several changes & recommendations to the management
Ensuring timely & accurate data management, hard/soft copy instruments for analysis/records
Monitoring the Home finance cases sheet (Tracking sheet of the booking pending & cancelled cases)
