Sitara Hydrogen Peroxide Limited was commissioned and started its operations in 2006, and is the pioneer in hydrogen peroxide production in Pakistan using the Autoxidation Process (AO Process). The company is producing 50% by Wight hydrogen peroxide. The company is using Distributed Control System of famous vendors like AdvanTrol SUPCON China & Emerson Delta V.

I started my career as Tr. Engineer Chemical in Sitara Hydrogen Peroxide and currently worked as “Chemical Engineer”. I have expertise in the following plants

• Hydrogen Gas Reforming & Purification Unit ( Steam Methane Reforming of Natural Gas )
• Hydrogen Peroxide Production Unit ( AO Process )
• Hydrogen Peroxide Concentration & Distillation Unit

Brief Summary of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• familiar with startup and shutdown, emergency handling procedures, safety management practices & Environmental regulations
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plant’s critical streams to ensure balanced operation rates and optimum operations
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting assistance in the manufacturing processes
• Liaise between operations control rooms during sequential start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies. Ensure clear guidelines are delivered to manage and reduce negative impact during interruptions or emergencies
• Monitor production processes and activities to ensure they are compliant with the EHS guidelines
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and productivity
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate Head/manager
• to make sure that raw material, chemicals and utilities consumption are at optimum level
• Insure that all jobs and work being done as per standard procedures to avoid any hazard
• insure that all areas are clean and housekeeping of plant is in order
• maintain log book and write in detail about plant operation, abnormalities and maintenance jobs
• participate in daily coordination meetings and discussed process, production and quality relate problems
