• I have carried out the Overhauls, Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance, Repair, Testing, Installation and Trouble shooting of wide range of the Rotary Equipments likes Single & Multistage Steam Turbine (Eliot, GE, Dresser rand, Siemens etc), Horizontal & Vertical Split Centrifugal Gas Compressors & HOS (Heavy Oilfield Separable) Reciprocating Gas Compressors (GE, Mitsubishi Dresser, Dresser Rand, Worthington Dresser, Thomassen, Nuovo Pignone etc.).
• I have done the Bearing inspection (Radial & Thrust) of different equipment’s like Turbine, Compressor and Pump, ID & FD etc.
• I have carried out the Maintenance, Overhauls, Repair, Trouble shoot and testing the various types and wide range & large (Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon) Centrifugal & Reciprocating (Single and Multistage), Sliding Van and Rotary Pumps (EBS - Ray, Worthington Dresser, Sulzer, Ingersoll, National Oil well etc.).
• I have done the Major Overhauls of Gear Boxes (Helical and Spur Gear type).
• I have carried out the initial inspection of rotating equipment’s received spear parts, e.g. Rotors, Bearings, Couplings, Impellers, Gaskets, O rings, Mechanical seals, Casings, Gears etc.
• I have carried out the identification of spear parts for Shutdown and Preventive maintenance work from Vendor & OEM’s drawings and spear parts manuals.
• Replace & remove the impeller and coupling with the using of hydraulic Tools.
• Dismantling, reassembling and Replace the bearing, coupling, mechanical seal etc.
• Inspection & Preventive Maintenance of Hot oil Pump.
• Maintenance, Overhauls and Repair of Blowers, Fin Fans (ID, FD, Cooling Tower Fans.)
• I have carried out the Laser Alignment with Optalign Smart b/w the equipment (Turbine, Compressor, Pump, Gear box, Motor etc.).
• Generate the Material Issue Requisition & Purchase Request for Order the new Material from Warehouse by using the SAP for ongoing and future maintenance activities.
• Request the Permit to Work by using the SAP.
• I have done the Update & Review the Equipment’s data and Closing the Job on SAP after closing the work permit and job complete.
• Write the Equipment Maintenance Report on SAP and CMMS after Overhauling, Breakdown and Schedule maintenance.

• I ensure and analyze safety related matters before start the job like Work permit, Lock out Tag out, MSDS, JSA etc according to the company policies and Oil & Gas organization and also analyze safety during the big job are blow,
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Permits to Work (PTW), Hazards Identification (HAZID), Hazard & Operability analysis (HAZOP), Risk Analysis (QRA) and Emergency response plane (ERP) and compulsory Personal Protective Equipments (PPE’s) Hard hat, Safety gloves & Shoes etc. etc.
• Manage the Tool Box meeting and discus the job activities, safety requirements, heavy weight lifting etc.

Planning & Coordination of Annual Shutdown Maintenance:
• I have planned the Annual Shutdown maintenance activities with the coordination of Shutdown Planning and Material department.
• I have leading the Mechanical Technician team.
• I have carried out the breakdown & unplanned shutdown maintenance during the equipment failure and find the Root Cause.
• I have Arranged the Spare parts and Manpower during the Emergency Shutdown.
HSE AWARENESS:
