Key Responsibilities;
• Responsible for Gents Depart including brands (Pre-End - A Denmark brand of gents apparel & Damask - Another gents brand in unstuck loose fabric)
• Sales & stock monitoring of apparel.
• Plan Shuffling (Inter branch & Branch to W/H).
• Responsible to make different analysis reports.
• Responsible to manage customers and floor demands of stores.
• Responsible for OHS discount working preparation and discount suggestion.
• Responsible to prepare distribution plan of new arrival.
• Coordination with planning department regarding new buying etc.
• Responsible to approve Sale prices.
• Responsible to coordinate with marketing & operation department regarding display matters etc
Key Responsibilities;
• To assist AM during recruitment then leading to hiring/firing system.
• Suggesting performance evaluation methods, appraisal method and policies regarding staff.
• Assisted Cluster heads during branch examination.
• Executed time efficient policies at schools.
