* Conducting interviews & tests with foreign delegations mostly New Zealand, Holland, Sweden, France and Italy.
* Maintain project related database, correspondence with HEC concerned departments and agencies, monitoring and verifying the records of the project related data.
* Hiring talented student from different part of Pakistan for the various scholarship scheme in the selected fields as advertised by HEC.
