of welds.
- Witness Welder Qualification Test, Fit-up Inspection, monitoring Preheating and
Post Weld Heat Treatment, Inspection of Dye Penetrant Test, Hardness test, Visual
Inspection for welding based on ASME B31.3 (the requirements for piping
typically found in petroleum refineries) .
-Performed daily inspections of welders, welding rods, and rod temperature. I also
was instructed to witness hydro tests on different piping systems.
-Write Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification (PWPS).
- Make daily, weekly, monthly reports for project progress.
- Coordinate with the costumers for project feedbacks and records their
requirement.
- Make sure to complete tasks assigned to the Engineers on fields every day.
- Give a feedback to the managers for the progress of the project.
- Arrange and control the documents for sites acceptance and check lists.
- Support subcontractors in sites for man-powers and required equipment.
- Arranged and made trainings for sub-contractors engineers and technicians.
- Coordinates with subcontractors and manage the progress for site survey.
- Arrange between the subcontractor engineers and other departments to solve any
misunderstanding in the project sites.
- Supervision on subcontractors work in sites for pipe line erections.
- Complete the erection works for the concert activities for the pumps station and
man-holes.
- Checking and follow Site tests that made by third party.
- Check the quality for the completed parts that installed inside the site.
- Prepare the required tenders to complete and speed up site activities.
- Prepare the monthly checks (payment) for the contractor, subcontractor, and other
parties.
- Prepare the progress report, time schedule and follow up the site activities by
using MS Project.
- Correct the project drawings (AS BUILT) (if needed) according to the site
requirement.
