Assistant Director Examinations
• Play a key role in ensuring the successful restructuring and development of Examination functions, structured and implemented programs and policies.
• Foster a teamwork/open-door environment, which is conducive to positive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to Director Examinations and Deputy Director Examinations.
• Liaison and supervise five constituent units of the university.
• Monitor and Implement & inspection of academic policies in accordance with statutory bodies like HEC, PEC, BU Academic Council and BU Statutes rules compliance.
• Request handling for verification of documents and extensive coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure preparation and promulgation of Semester Results within targeted dates.
• Counter check the interim and final transcripts, verifying particulars of students for Gazette, Degrees, Degree Supplement Forms and Certificate of Honors.
Procurement Management
• Currently, member of Standing Purchase Committee.
• Vendor Bid Analysis.
• Ensuring Compliance of PPRA Rules.
• Comparative Statements’ Analysis and Evaluation of Suppliers.
• Departmental Level Procurement Supervision.
• Annual procurement portfolio is more than 1.5 million.
