•Preparation of the monthly payroll, leave, EOS payments through systems(AX Dynamics&Microsoft Access).
•Reviewing payroll & evaluating various deductions.
•Following up with Finance Department on due payments for staff and other governmental institutions.
•Administering all sorts of employees' leave, benefits transactions.
•Inquiring staff loan eligibly as per company’s policy.
•Performing Ci-Net (Credit Bureau) inquiry for employee loan status& updating daily and monthly reports.
•Maintaining personnel filing system, especially the confidential information and details.
•Handling employment formalities, such as preparation of offers letters, employment contracts, ID Cards, and fingerprint recording, etc., and updated employee information accordingly.
•Monitoring the attendance for all divisions ‘coordinators and administering penalties to defaulting employees.
•Assisting in the recruitment activities such as conducting tests, arranging for interviews with selected candidates.
•Assisted in the preparation of Memo's, Circulars& other announcements.
•Responsible for Social Security monthly periodic deductions for Kuwaiti &GCC staff.
•Handling staff queries& preparing Salary Certificates/other certificates for employees (English & Arabic).
• Assisted recruitment process from sourcing to final placement.
• Maintained personnel files, managed all in-house HR activities like employee relations, leave cycles, salaries benefits, polices & procedures on through e-forms, SharePoint & oracle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Kuwait Labor Laws,
• Monitored the fingerprint attendance system and administers penalties to defaulting employees.
• Assisted for preparing Final Settlements for terminated/resigned employees.
• Facilitate issue of visa and follow up with Administration Department.
